Harald P. holzer, CFA
President
Harald P Holzer became a CFA Charterholder in 1992 after passing the three levels in Indianapolis, Zurich and Vienna (first time the exam was offer in Vienna!). He was a founding member of the CFA Society Austria in 2001 and has been a President since the founding.
He holds an MBA with specialization in investments and a Bacherlor of Arts (or just BA) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign
Markus Poscher, CFA
Vice President
Markus became a CFA Charterholder in 2008. He has served at the board of CFA Society Austria as secretary two terms from 2016 to 2022 and has assumed the role of Vice-President for the current term. Markus focuses on member outreach and organisation of professional development and social events.

Treasurer
Kamen Hadjiivanov, has been a CFA Charterholder since 2013 and has graduated from the UAS BFI Vienna in Banking & Finance in 2006. He was elected to the board as Secretary in 2022.
With over 15 years of industry experience Kamen is currently working as an Asset Manager with an insurance company.

Vera (Maria Veronika) Sutedja has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006 and has worked in the Banking sector in various roles including Equity Research, Fund Management, M&A/Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, ECM since 2000 in London and Vienna, of which at Erste Group Bank AG since 2008. She is elected to the Board as Secretary as of July 2025.

University Outreach Chair
Martin became a CFA Charterholder in 2006. He has held the University Outreach Chair of the CFA Society Austria for several years and became part of the society board in the same role for the current term. One of Martin’s main activities is the organization of the annual CFA Society Austria prize where he also acts as one of the jurors.
Christoph Olbrich, CFA
IT Chair
Christoph has worked as a Fund Manager in Vienna for more than 15 years. He became a CFA Charterholder in 2010 and has a Master’s degree in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
He has held the IT Chair of the CFA Society Austria for several years and became part of the society board in the same role.
